Racuchy bananowe
1 szklanka jogurtu naturalnego
1 szklanka mąki
1 jajko
1 budyń waniliowy lub śmietankowy ( 40 g )
1 cukier waniliowy
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
2 łyżki cukru pudru
1 banan
Jajko, cukier, cukier waniliowy i jogurt wymieszać rózgą lub krótko mikserem. Mąkę wymieszać z proszkiem do pieczenia i budyniem . Wsypać do masy jogurtowej i mieszać. Ciasto musi być gęste , ale łatwo powinno się nakładać na patelnię. (Jeśli wyda się zbyt gęste, dodać jogurt, jeśli zbyt rzadkie, dosypać mąki) . Smażyć na oleju na patelni ok 2 minuty z każdej strony . Podawać z plastrami banana. ** (Banany można dodać do ciasta lub po upieczeniu na wierzch).
