2 awokado
1 pęczek rzodkiewki
5 g cukru kryształu
Do smaku: Kolendra cała, Papryka ostra mielona, Sól morska, Pieprz czarny Prymat

Sposób przygotowania:

Połowę arbuza pozbawiamy pestek i miksujemy.
Następnie łączymy z sokiem z cytryny, dodajemy pokrojone truskawki, kawałki awokado oraz plasterki rzodkiewek. Pozostałą część arbuza kroimy w kostkę, usuwamy pestki, dodajemy cukier i przyprawy do smaku. Całość przekładamy do miseczek i schładzamy w lodówce.
