Na zaproszenie miejscowej Rady Sołeckiej, kilkudziesięciu seniorów z Gorzyc Wielkich wspólnie uczciło święto jakim jest Dzień Seniora.

Licznie przybyli goście spotkali się w niedzielne popołudnie na sali wiejskiej w Gorzycach Wielkich. Serdeczne życzenia złożyła sołtys Maria Fórmańska oraz zastępca wójta gminy Ostrów Wielkopolski Antoni Hadryś. Dla wszystkich gości wystąpił miejscowy zespół „Wiecznie młodzi”, który zaprezentował się w kilku prezentacjach tanecznych. Spotkanie zakończył słodki poczęstunek przy dźwiękach niezapomnianych przebojów z dawnych lat.
